Our May Youth Night event was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiasm of our young participants, the generosity of our sponsor Double Kwik, and the warmth of our community. The evening was filled with delicious food, exciting games, and joyful laughter, creating an unforgettable experience for all.
As the sun set, our venue transformed into a vibrant hub of activity. The aroma of mouth-watering burgers and hot dogs wafted through the air, enticing everyone’s appetite. The kids eagerly devoured their meals, fueling up for an evening of non-stop fun.
Cornhole Tournament Brings Out the Competitors
One of the highlights of the night was our cornhole tournament, which drew in participants of all ages. The competition was fierce, with teams battling it out for the top spot and the chance to win a $25 Walmart gift card purchased by the Youth Fund. Cheers and applause erupted with each successful toss, creating an electric atmosphere. In the end, our champions were crowned, beaming with pride as they accepted their well-deserved prizes.
Pool Table Fun and Games Galore
Meanwhile, our pool table was the hub of activity, with kids queuing up to show off their skills. Laughter and shouts of excitement filled the air as they challenged each other to game after game.
Just Kids Being Kids
But the real magic happened when we let the kids simply be kids. With no structured activities or schedules to follow, they were free to roam, explore, and play as they pleased. The result was a beautiful chaos of imagination and creativity. Kids chased each other around, inventing games and making new friends on the spot. It was a heartwarming reminder of the simple joys of childhood.
